Chapel

Unique to our program, Chapel is a part of every school day. Chapel begins at 9:15 daily. Once a week we go to the Church sanctuary for "Big Church" with Father Nieman or Sister Susan Hardaway. Mrs. Watkins leads Chapel assisted by Martina Hughes on the guitar for music. During Chapel each child has an opportunity to light the alter candles and to celebrate his/her birthday with the entire school. Chapel is a place where the Day School children get together to learn about God and his goodness and how to use that goodness throughout their lives. The children sing each day as they enter and leave the chapel.
