The
Newcomers ministry is an important part of our church. Please
see where you can help.
Greeters
A greeter
welcomes everyone at the door to the church on Sundays. Duties include
wearing a smile and opening doors. Name tags are available. Each
newcomer to Holy Trinity receives a mug full of information about
Holy Trinity to take home with them. Please contact Bill Purkerson
if you would like to join a greeter team.
Ushers
Ushers help everyone too. They are a vital part of the service.
Duties include greeting everyone, handing out the service bulletins,
answering questions. Please contact Will Carter for more information.
Sunday
Morning Breakfasts
Every Sunday following the 8:00 service a breakfast is served in
the Parish Hall. This is a good time to meet new people and be
reaquainted with old friends. We always need volunteers for our
breakfast-cooking teams.
Coffee Hour
Immediately following the 10:30 service,
coffee and cookies are served in the Parish Hall. Coffee hour
is assigned to everyone in the parish on a rotating basis, so you never
have to do it more than once a year!
Newcomer Coordinators
NC Coordinators are the life line between a visitor and the church.
They follow-up with the newcomer within 48 hours and serve as our
welcoming committee offering tours and giving out new comer information
packs.
