Holy Trinity Episcopal Parish 2009 Game Day Parking

Game Day Parking

General admission: General admission day-of-the-game-only spaces are sold on a first come, first serve basis. Parking spaces will be sold for $30. Only the number of spaces left after season pass holders have been accomodated will be sold, until 30 minutes prior to kick-off. At 30 minutes prior to kick-off, all spaces left empty become available on a first come, first serve basis.

Seasonal Parking: For a fee of $175, you will receive a Seasonal Parking Coupon Book. This book contains a parking pass for each game in the 2009 season. Parking is assigned on a first come, first serve basis.

Preferred Parking: For an additional $75 ($245 for the Preferred Parking Coupon Book), you will be guaranteed a parking space in the front lot.

Seasonal Reservation: The $225 Seasonal Reservation is in addition to the purchase of one of the above Parking Coupon Books. The Seasonal Reservation entitles you to select a specific space for the whole season and your space will be held until kickoff. Returning customers are given preference for their previous years' parking space. Your Seasonal Reservation is not valid until a signed contract and payment for the parking rent has been received.

General Information

You will be provided with a set of parking vouchers (by mail). The voucher package will have one voucher for each game and, if the Seasonal Reservation is purchased, will indicate the parking space you have reserved.

All parking space(s) will be available on game day six hours prior to kickoff or by 8:00 a.m. (whichever is later), and will be held until 30 minutes prior to kick-off (unless you hold a Seasonal Reservation, which will be held until kickoff). If you don't occupy your space by 30 minutes prior to kickoff, the property owners reserve the right to assign the space to another customer for that game. (note the exception for Seasonal Reservation holders)

Parking spaces must be vacated two (2) hours after the game ends.

Frequently Asked Questions

Parking Rules & Regulations

  1. A parking voucher for the designated game is to be provided to the attendant at the property entrance at the time or arrival. The attendant will then give the Customer a parking pass to be displayed in the window of the vehicle (according to the rules on the parking pass).

  2. In the case of a Customer purchase of Seasonal Reservation, Customer will be assigned a specific numbered parking space. The assigned space will be the only place Customer is authorized to park. If Customer parks in a different space, the vehicle will be subject to towing.

  3. Only one vehicle will be permitted to park in a space on the property per parking voucher. Unauthorized vehicles are subject to towing at owner’s expense. Vouchers are only good for the game listed on the voucher.

  4. Vehicles must be parked between the lines of a space at all times.

  5. The property will be patrolled regularly by a towing service. The towing service used is listed at the end of these Rules and can be called to retrieve a towed vehicle.

  6. All trash and refuse must be removed by Customer when vacating the parking space. Trash remaining on the property is subject to a removal fee of $25 per game.

  7. No charcoal burning is permitted on the property.

  8. Two portable toilets will be provided on the property for Customers’ use. Customers will not be granted access to the buildings.

  9. Customers may use the space immediately around and adjacent to their designate parking space as well as the sidewalks on the property but may not occupy the lawn or garden area at any time. All roadways must remain open and passable, especially the back alley (this is required by the Police and Fire authorities).

  10. Property Owner expects Customers to recognize that they are on church property and to act accordingly. Disorderly conduct will not be tolerated and law enforcement authorities will be contacted as necessary.

Towing is provided by: Valley Services, Inc. 654-4544
