Blessing of the Book Bags and Collection of School Supplies for Helping Hands:

We are currently collecting backpacks and school supplies for Helping Hands Children’s Shelter. Look for the bins in the Narthex (to the left as you enter).

On Sunday, August 13, we invite all students to bring their book bags to the 10:30 service. We will bless all the book bags that have been collected, as well as those our students will carry with them to school. We will also offer special prayers for students and teachers as they begin the school year.
